Assessment of children’s feet is essential as intervention at the correct time may help to avoid lower leg and foot problems later on in life. Most children will begin to walk between 8 and 18 months of age and their feet are no less important than the adult foot.
Our Podiatrist’s are highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of the Paediatric foot. We are able to educate parents on normal and abnormal development (milestones), the need for particular Podiatric treatment and when further referral is necessary.
